I'm a newbie,  I'm looking at a online auction property and I notice on the title info a judgement liens as such:

JUDGMENT AND LIEN INFORMATION:

1.FORECLOSURE DEED NOT ON RECORD AT THIS TIME,NEED COMPLETED PRIOR TO RESALE.

2.DEED OF TRUST IN BOOK

3. JUDGMENT LIEN #09CVD2128.

what is this exactly means? 

This deal has a lot of potential, how to solve this lien
