on MN moratorium eviction please lookup Gov Tim Walz Executive Orders, the new order on MN evictions is NO date set for it to end, it now states it will end "when" the Gov. ends the Peace Time Emergency Order, which us in MN know the Gov keeps renewing and extending month after month and word is we are looking more at March 2021 as a probably "safe" mark as they will want it to cover winter months once it passes Sept.. 

I only need a couple of signatures notarized that way and my trusted POA can more conveniently complete the loan doc execution.
