This is my first trip to this site, which seems very similar to my favorite forum for my favorite sport of Mixed Martial Arts.

I played the Trum bone in middle school, When I got to High school I decided to play Sports.

I currently own my own sports supplement business and personal train as well. i am getting married in june and have always wanted to invest into real estate. i am tired of trading time for money so starting next week i am only personal training from 530am to noon monday through friday and the rest of time i want to spend learning the game of real estate.

I dont know anything really about this, but I bet it would make you a better investor..

Just do whatever hedges your bets...like in my case...go first class on the details/energy measures/ landscaping and hope for the best.

I view most bank and real estate attorneys as just a source of good sporting fun.

What various types of properties are selling for and what each location is like.Some of these systems make it sound real easy, but RE investing is very much a contact sport and requires work to find real deals.
