Does anyone happen to have any suggestions in software made for this exactly? 

In my town a $300 difference would be enough to turn off higher price range applicants.

Hello BG communitywhat are good software's available to manage rental portfolio, I tried STEASSA but its OK not great .

The software you are using is estimating that the property has that much equity in it and that the property is paid off.

@Kevin C.I hope you are not trying to prepare your tax return manually in 2020.Your tax software will place it in the right spot if you check the bonus depreciation box.

Another nuance is, back to limited depreciation claim), as I’m using software (credit karma) for taxes, as I’ve attempted to navigate through, in question form I was asked to report “allowable depreciation”.

Will need to be thoroughly edited for your application but might be of some use?

I would have to commit to converting the commercial space to residential during the loan application process, but I should know that anyway!
