I know property values right now (just in general) tend to be through the roof, which seems to be mostly related to a lack of supply.

Maybe small lockers that the tenants could use for their laundry supplies-soaps, dryer sheets, etc.I would not put dirty bikes, etc in an area that is primarily for producing clean clothes.

@Ana Kudlack it's not the best time to invest in Northern NJ as a house hacker because there are so many people inflating the prices out of low supply and desperation to start too quickly.

Class B product might be even tighter as there just isn't much supply in that space (everyone loves functional 100,000 sf buildings!).
