Does the coa allow renters and what is the process?

I'm considering selling a 4plex we've held for 6 years.

My brother and I would like to be co-owners to the new property but our contribution to the purchase of the new home is by way of investment loan, so let's say my parent's home sells for 500k and they want to go in on a $1M piece of property.

let them file BK and then sell the property once in BK or close before the taxes go to sale.

I would keep the property, take the extra cash flow & invest in more rentals/real estate strategies. maybe start another business. never sell the house unless i absolutely have to. 

If your PM didn't drop the ball and did mail out an estimated disposition, you need to discuss the security deposit return process.

Ask why they're selling and what they plan to do with the money.

My husband and I were recently connected with someone who would like to sell their townhome off-market (to avoid realtor fees, specifically).
