unless there has been progress AND some initial inspection, when the  permit lapses, you're free to move on and the permit is void.

Most likely you will use a few of these as you progress.

It's still a working progress but she's slowly coming around.

I plan to begin in wholesaling, and then progress into bigger deals as I build more capital.

I'm also a filmmaker, having produced a theatrically released feature film in 2014 that was developed at the Sundance Feature Film Labs, and am currently developing other projects.What I'd love to do is to learn the ropes and to get into real estate wholesale, and then progress to fixing and flipping properties and continue to progress to general real estate investment. 

It would then be their job to confirm schd's, materials list, progress, etc.

Just got started a couple months ago and I'm so excited to be involved and making progress.
