Hello, My name is Josh and I'm beginning to learn the process of real estate investing. I've been helping with my families properties for two years now and want to branch out. I'm looking for property in east Miami along US 1 to start my first income/living property. I have partners and I'm starting my masters in real estate in 2 weeks.
