Hi everyone, Just curious on people's pet policy.

That organization, of course, may have  a dog in the fight literally and could have used a sample that impacted the results.My personal anecdote is well over half to three quarters that call me have pets, but again they are self selected as I have a blanket pets on approval policy in my ads. 

She made a big stink when they put in the policy of giving a 50% discount on their bids to their friends.You are bidding against someone that is only paying with Monopoly money.

An attny foreclosure notice will get their attention and let the borrower know that we are serious and not practicing their former lender's "extend and pretend" policy of providing free housing to them. 

I've gone to a NO PETS policy and still someone pulled this stunt. 

Add to that macroeconomic policy, globalization trends and politics, and you have a fun, and never ending quest trying to sort out all the variables!

But having invested in SF RE for over 10 years now, all I can say is thank you to all the quasi- socialist policies, the naked tenant pandering, and sometimes just plain sheer stupidity- thank you for creating this highly distorted (and often entertaining) clusterf*ck that has made me a multi millionaire. 

what's different for each policy?

There are specific policies for Vacant properties that may provide more coverage for the building than a regular policy once the vacancy provisions kick in.
