Are there any members that have used this approach and created a win-win situation for both parties involved?

Because landlording in the slums gets VERY profitable indeed if you're renting to shady people who understand that you're a player in a local gang and wouldn't dare pull half the crap we have to deal with for fear of illegal reprisals.But as for me, with my borderline C/D rentals?

We want to plant physical offices in each of these markets and take over like a freeeking virus no pun intended here.So we do need team players.

You win some, you lose some, but overall it makes a profit.

Once they are the winning bidder they hold the property for the 6 months timeline if no one can buy out their taxes and then sell it to get their taxes back out of the property at least what they can. 

., each state operates differently but I believe with auction prices you have to actually win the auction and make the payment for the house within a very short time period, likely not enough time to raise money from private money investors or hard money lenders.

Many times, you will get a better deal offering 90% of MLS prices than what many people bid at the auction- just to win the house!

Just get to know who the serious players are and weed out the time wasters.
