lol  Not trying to get into a monetary policy debate, but since markets are forward looking, it isn't odd that they don't respond all the time with 1:1 correlation to news.

In many cases, it is also advisable to establish a limited liability company (LLC) or other entity to hold the investment assets.

If it's not required, then I would advise against it from a cost/benefit standpoint.
