We just finished working on a two family home in North Syracuse and we will be having walkthroughs this coming Sunday.

A little nervous about getting a property a few hours north but ill figure it out.

It's within 60 miles of San Antonio to the Northwest, 100 miles of Corpus Christie to the South, and 60 miles of Victoria.

This is in North Carolina.I have a great tenant that moved in 6/1/2019 and signed a 1 year lease that would expire/renew on 6/1/2020.I just recieved a letter from her asking if she could break her lease because she has a reported "Domestic Abuse" situation ongoing and doesn't feel safe living there.Her father co-signed on the lease with her, they have not missed a payment yet and are very good tenants.

I am a sort of new investor in North Georgia, Forsyth County, specifically.

Does anyone recommend a good buyers agent that works in the north and east bay that has worked with Investors and VA loans?

We haven’t had a bad review because they don’t know how home buying works and nobody gives them the time of day when they have bad credit etc but we go the extra mile to do everything we can to get them qualified and show them that they don’t have to be stuck renting
