I've been watching the MLS for multi's in the manchester area and seen nothing like what you're pulling off Hey Mike and BP Family,I noticed that you mentioned the area of Manchester.

The difference is that you pay for the deed and then wait for the redemption period to pass until you can take title to the property. 

If you get out on a course, most of these guys want someone that can play somewhat and not be waiting for them to look for their golf balls all day.

Do I wait until the sellers handle it, however long it takes?

If you are leaning towards holding, maybe just wait another 9 months until we hit the summer hot market, put it out there and see what the response is.If there is no intention to move back to the area, then the funds from the sale can either take your family on a nice vacation, or be reinvested into another property.

I'd run it by them, and if you send your specifics to @Mindy Jensen, I bet she'd take the time to offer you authoritative feedback too.The '@-mentions' for Manolo, Andrew and Joe didn't turn blue for some reason so I suspect they won't be notified of the mention.  

You can set up alerts for any mentions of local areas.

I've tried yellow letters at one point, but I moved to non yellow letters because of the reason you mentioned.
