I own two in the Disney area, and both perform VERY well for me.... that said, the first one i paid $225k, the second one I paid $140k.....the math is light years better on the $140k...less interest, less HOA, less taxes etc etc etc...I netted literally 4x as much last year on the cheaper property.  

I scout the MLS in real time literally every day with my custom searches looking for good deals. 

The group was literally in awe as to how he pulled it off and feverishly taking notes.

I just purchased a property last month with literally ZERO dollars out of my pocket, and the seller even payed me to take it off their hands WITH a tenant in place, cash flowing positive.

@Aaron Chung   if you consider out of state there are literally 100's of choice's... but as they say the grass is not always greener..

Now of course there are literally hundreds of thousands of these type of homes through out Major us metro areas.

Why would I want to do that when they could literally move out any time?
