What is your experience / track record with this type and size of investment? 

I am 17 years old, and currently invest a pretty good amount in stocks.

I am currently a student at Texas A&M University and I am very new to real estate investing.

I've reviewed a land investing course and book which I've taken myself.

I have $500k in cash to invest as well as a credit score between 750-800. 

@Chiane Martin the biggest challenge to doing Boarding Houses successfully is investing the required extra time.LTR - take the least amount of time, but time required increases as you go from Class A, to B, to C, to D.MTR - take more time than LTRSTR - take more time than MTRBoarding House - can take an insane amount of time to manage!

The website probably assumes some investment returns, so when you withdraw 600/month you may even out, but at 2k/month you will likely be depleting your IRA faster than it grows.
