The problem will be discovering the source and determining where else it might be.Check and see if the heating ventilation system has been modified or if there are large holes opened through walls or into the attic in closets.

The high efficiency furnaces do not last as long as the older mid efficiency furnaces because of condensation with the furnace and the heat exchanger.
