The problem will be discovering the source and determining where else it might be.Check and see if the heating ventilation system has been modified or if there are large holes opened through walls or into the attic in closets.

Instead of lowering the price, they throw it in auction and count on a bidder or two lose their minds during heat of the moment deal chasing.

He said he really wants the bid, so he could go as low as $13K for all 32 windows.In my building, the tenants pay the heat, so the benefit is largely for them.
