There's a good community of people here.On the fun side, I started out a little north of Detroit, moved to CA, then moved back to the midwest in Ohio.

As BP community suggests look for a CPA or Attorney who is an RE investor.

I DO NOT suggest you follow my steps and I'm sure the BP community would agree with that.

At the moment I am most interested in just researching financing to see what we can get.. before I get all excited about buying.Anyhow, glad to be a part of the community!
