Hi I'm new to the group, but find it great educational material.I'm renting my condo in Florida through RE agent, and come to a situation where agent found a potential tenant for me, now the agent insists that I sign the lease with tenant and tenant is approved by Homeowners association before forwarding first/last moth rend and security deposit to me.

I dont have any debt and I have a good financial education (thanks to my husband).I would like to start investing in Real Estate, especially in the US as in France, REI is barely up to 2%.So I'm looking to invest in turn keys properties as it suits my profile. 

I suggest the first action you take is to first get some more education, then get a plan, then take action to implement the plan, in that order.You might have noticed that wholesaling is lot harder than they tell you in the seminars and books at the library.

However, this site thrives on interactions and as such we encourage two way exchanges and look forward to educational and thought provoking ideas relevant to REI.

Definitely make sure you educate yourself as much as possible while doing this.

I am looking to educate myself on REI to get an early start, so I will be prepared to jump into investing once I graduate and have some money saved up.Looking forward to all this site has to offer!
