You can still charge a fee for this, because you then have go over there to put the key back and change the combination.

This is where your "all in one guys" can get pricey.For example, you hire me to do a complete remodel and I hire a plumber that charges me $1500.

Normally roofers will tellme on the quote if they have to replace rotten wood how much they charge for each 3 x 8. 200 is probably 3-5 3 x 8s they replaced.

I’d just check who has what attaches currently, the ones not active currently I’d remove and I’d have all tenants sign a clause stating that nothing will be attached to the roof or building and there is a (XXX.xx) dollar charge if there is a violation.  

Granted, they may be able to achieve a greater savings than their charged fees but that’s a big “IF”.

If you go into it thinking you want to show them what you know, you will butt heads and create a tremendous drag on yourself emotionally and intellectually. 

the exterminators i've spoken to want to do the entire condo building, including each individual unit and charge $1K+. 

You could charge whatever you wanted and the bank didn't care they just wanted it fixed now and they where extremely gratefully for the job completed in a fast paced manner.
