Tenants putting too much clothes in coin op washers

I property manage a 45 unit apartment complex. Everything is going very well besides the tenants are putting too much clothes in the washers. I suppose they want to get more for their buck since the washers are coin-operated. One washer was so full it wouldn't even spin and the belt burned inside.

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. If so, I am looking for a nice looking flyer to put in the laundry room.

Thanks everyone!

I've had the same problem in the past. I considered installing a security camera in the laundry room in order to see if anyone was overloading the washer. The cameras are pretty cheap now. I don't think there would be a privacy problem as long as you posted a notice re the presence of the camera.
