I saw a youtube video a while ago where someone was able to just draw an outline on a satelite map and he was able to get a mailing list for all the properties within his outline, of course now i cant find it

Costs will be higher, turnover will be greater, and your involvement will be considerably more. 

Most HELOC's have a 10 year draw period and as long as you are paying the balance off it can be redeployed on other opportunities.

My question is will my wife meet the occupancy requirement for the house taking into consideration I have over a year remaining at our current location.  

I have never done this nor have i asked my PM about this, but is there a way the draw for rent can come directly form where the student loan is coming from ?

I understand that Fannie Mae backs the HomeStyle program, but that through Wells Fargo this program is hard to get draws etc. 

Things I should take into consideration or watch out for etc.
