Direct mailing list using maps

Haven't done a whole lot of searching for this, but I figured I'd ask. Does anyone have a good site they use to create mailing lists where you can look at a satelite image and select properties in a certain area and build a list that way? Its not for real estate, but I'm trying to send out post cards to properties that are Half an acre or larger. I can look at the county GIS or google maps and write addresses down but Id much rather get a list I can just copy and print off mailing labels for since I'm doing a couple hundred and will be sending to the same people multiple times
