======SIDE NOTE====== If you're working in a larger city like Chicago, you might come across some rude a-holes because they might be getting called by a lot of wholesalers that never do jack-diddly-squat.But if you do get an a-hole, reach out to them via writing to show you're serious.Investors in smaller cities don't get bugged as much.And in larger cities, you might focus on a smaller area.

I've got everything from labs to cats to chihuahuas right now, and other than the occasional hole dug in the yard or scratched door, I haven't had much in the way of damage.

It seems every property I run into now requires poking a few holes in the ground.  

Our handyperson who is in patching holes said it is a really unique case of lingering smell that he hasn't experienced before. 

The agreement was to repair and repaint all the minor/major holes and dents in the walls prior to painting and they did not do this after the job was done I had to go through the whole house (2300sq) fixing them myself.

You did not see the hole did you? 

Rattlesnakes living in the house, holes in the subfloor, dead rabbits in the crawlspace.

I don't want to go down a rabbit hole but you may receive additional benefits from this property besides the cash and equity returns.
