I was reading another thread on BP about the difficulty of evictions in Cook County which definitely worries me a little bit, but I guess that just means very stringent tenant screens are a must.

I have immense difficulty taking anything the OP writes at face value.

I Give you alot of credit for going all out and telling the absolute Truth about the investing business and its difficulties.

Now I am having much difficulty in finding a good deal, after listening to many of the podcasts, I know I  don't want to deal with class C & D tenants, nor would I like to move to an area that doesn't seem to have a bright future or positive growth.

I just may take you up on coffee:) I have had some difficulty finding investors/flippers that are willing to chat.

Most borrowers have had difficulty getting help from the big banks, but when I buy that note, I then become the bank to help rehab that borrower by modifying their loan to make it more managable for them to remain in their home.

I am 59 years old now and inhale been in construction since I was 17.  

I'm just not sure exactly what the best plan of attack would be for my market, and I'm having difficulty tightening up my specific business plan.

I do miss the Minnesota winters but other than that I only have great things to say about life in Nebraska.I have been very interested in REI for some time but had difficulty finding the time to educate myself or find help with educating myself.
