Hi, Patrick here, just joined to learn a little bit about multifamily investing. Looking for a multifamily property here in Arlington, TX or somewhere in the DFW metro. I own a house in Arlington, but its too big for me, I rent out 2 rooms so the space doesnt go to waste (the extra income also covers my property taxes and homeowners insurance). In the market for a duplex up to a 4plex around my area, intentions are to move in one unit, rent out others, and rent the house I am living in now.
