I am not a professional accountant so I would check with one for the details but I am almost sure this is the case. 

I know gaining trust is a key factor in making them feel comfortable with their investment, but again it is more difficult for someone to feel comfortable with you when you have only met via video chat.

Nop, may be smaller 3000-4000 sf with a converted garage and another shed with people living inside to squeeze SJ City students or a few car detailers families together.
