Revitalization zones in Baltimore
Hello,
I've done searches on specific areas that have been identified for revitalization in Baltimore, but I keep coming up short. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

@Symchay Bendu I think the areas mentioned in the report linked to are to develop green areas IE Parks, playgrounds etc. I suspect some of this is by demolition of vacant properties. These not very good areas to downright BAD areas. I think this is more a sign to stay away rather than invest.
There are development and revitalization zones, but the city and large development happen slowly. I believe they are aimed at large developers. If you have big money you want to invest talk to zoning and a zoning consultant named Al Berry. They can probably connect you to developers.
If you are a small investor like me then you can certainly buy in the path of development and wait for the area to go up. Just don't expect it to happen soon. You may be in a weak or bad area and have a tough time holding on until it develops.
Look at this map. You can check and uncheck boxes on the right to show various development zones.
