Thank you He's going to need to call on his doctor buddies, his employer, his rich uncle, or the Bank of Ritu Desai.Now that Wall Street has divested from non-qm, and hard money loans can charge double digit rates again along with multiple points, to that investor putting 30% down (and b/c it's an investor rather than an owner occupant, the foreclosure laws are a lot more lax), I don't believe this doctor will find that there is a market for this any longer.
