I just turned 18 and I do not know where to start

I have been wanting to get into Real Estate for a while now, but I just now started to learn the basics. I plan on going to college and take Real Estate courses, but I am not sure if I should take them or not. With this whole crisis going on, I was wondering if now is the correct time to get into this business or not. I have some money saved up and I simply do not know where to go from here, thank you.

Hi @Giovanni Moreno, welcome to the world of real estate investing :)

If I was to go back to 18 and start fresh these are the first three books I would read:

  1. - Rich Dad Poor Dad
  2. - The Millionaire Real Estate Investor
  3. - The Richest Man in Babylon

Then, after getting started with a rental or five, I'd read the following:

  1. The ABCs of Real Estate Investing
  2. Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance

Start with a solid foundation and a growth-mindeset and you'll have an unstoppable future!
