I look at it like this, a real estate agent gets paid to be a real estate agent, a contractor gets paid to be a contractor, and my accountant, lawyer, etc all get paid to do their job.

if so (and you probably should), it should be factored into your numbersi can't estimate the rent without knowing the address or cross streets, but i'm sure the combination of your property mgr/agent/internet can help confirm. hope this helps, and good job!
