Hello,

I'll just start off by saying I'm exited about not working the 9 to 5 job and finally being able to be in control of when and what I do. I was laid off from my 9 to 5 job about two years ago and started working in sales with a couple companies. Unfortunately, the work to payoff ratio is not cutting it for me financially. I'm good in sales, but the companies I work for just don't allow for much of a payout. Did I mention i was commission only? : /

I thought, there must be a better career out their that pays better for all your hard work you do. Fortunately, after much time and effort putting thought into this, I stumbled upon wholesale real estate. I'm currently taking some courses and plan on joining the REIA in my area. I'm also looking for a mentor in my area, as I'm hearing that having a mentor is essential with regards to achieving your goals faster.

I'm excite about being here on BP and look forward to networking and making new connections and most of all new friends.

Thanks for having me BP ;)
