We fought hard against this new sweeping restriction of landlord rights but our democratic dominated state legilslature was not willing to listen.

Anyone can make an offer, they can't restrict it.

I would also be interested/careful of any restrictions Natiivo might place on owner who rent themselves vs using them as the property manager. 

@Daniel DietzThere are no restrictions like that, you can have loan that is interest-only, fixed or adjustable, 1 year loan or 40 years loan, or anything in between, fully amortized or balloon at the end of x-number of years... as long as the loan is non-recourse.

Please let me know if there are restrictions on using secondary entitlement based on not having moved on PCS orders.

There are no restrictions on selling something you already own - though in some states, you’ll need a developer’s license if the number of transactions goes above a threshold amount in a predetermined period of time.

For example with my hometown Phoenix, AZ:  100 plumbers might sign upClosed: Markets are restricted and provide exclusivity to reduce competition.
