Disposing of assets in contemplation of any judgment can be brought back and/or get you hammered, IMO. :)

This week I am closing a $20+mil deal on one of my properties which brought me to your website for advice on how and where to make the next smart investment.Once again, I look forward to building new relationships here and picking the brains of some very interesting people who seem to have deep knowledge on the subject backed up by logical and realistic reasoning.

I personally have not but they are active at the REI clubs and I would ask there amongst an audience where many have done business with them.

He brought me as a guest and it was great.

Most investors I know (myself included) would be happy to give away 25% of the profits if someone brought me a great deal that I wouldn't have found otherwise.If your mentor isn't willing to put up the cash for 75% of the profits, that tells me that he doesn't think the deal is as good as you think it is...

Even a great campaign can be brought low if your fulfillment system is not up to par.

But they did think it was worth at least trying to see if i get approved when i brought that up with them today.

A shared profile seems the most efficient so we do not have redundant work :)This might have been brought up before.

He knows I'm a wholesaler, but just don't know how to go about getting this idea brought to reality.Any guidance, links, etc would be much appreciated (the sonner the better!!!)
