Pulled lists of high probability sellers, hired VA to cold call, spoke with Seller and made an offer over the phone How did you finance this deal?

I have dabbled in direct mail marketing, cold calling, cold texting, and even door hangers over the past couple years but only within the last 3 months have begun to take my career seriously.

That would be fantastic Kristin, anything is better than just going down the list on google and cold calling builders.

@Charlie MacPhersonSorry I wasn’t clear, the money is not the isssue, the lender will deposit the money if I ask him to, I’m having cold feet because I didn’t realize the extent of an issue that could ruin the deal!

I want to hire some family to cold call for me paying them on commissions!

I also plan on hiring some cold callers to work on commissions on closed sales!
