Cold Calling Metrics (for listings)

I’m a full time Real Estate Agent In Miami, FL and I’m looking to expand incoming flow of leads! I want to hire some family to cold call for me paying them on commissions! Was thinking around 30% of my split. I wanted to know if anybody has had any experience with this/ if they were willing to share some numbers.(leads Generated in dial-time etc.) Any sort of insight would be great help!!
