I'm a 19y/o full time Real Estate Agent In Miami, Fl, 4 years in the business (acting as an assistant etc.). I now plan on expanding and really going full force into Sales & in turn investing. I don't know anything about what to do with my taxes or anything basically... I know I should get an LLC or an S corp or something... I'm not sure! I also plan on hiring some cold callers to work on commissions on closed sales! So basically I need somebody to point me In the right direction! I think I need a CPA or somebody, I'm not sure! If anyone can help that would be great! Thank you!!!

If you are looking to get your business structure together, I would contact a CPA and tell him exactly what you need. If you are looking for someone to take care of your books, I would contact a bookkeeper.

You don't know if he needs an S corp or an LLC with the information given.

We don't even know how much his income is.

An S corp could potentially save him much more than just an LLC.

I would setup a consultation with a tax pro who specializes in REI and let them help you get everything figured out.
