I use the below tips to drive views to my listings.

I build teams, buy the first property after seeing it then once I feel I can trust their judgement  I may or may not view subsequent property's.

After the videos were viewed by the subjects, they entered into a game in which they had to trade a fake asset for real money they had been given for the study.

If you have connections and would be able to get me set up with someone to view houses in a couple months, that would be great.

Will investors take the long view and suffer less cash flow for a few years expecting to refi at lower rates or will cap rates increase 20%, 1- 1.5% and building prices fall 20%? 

From our point of view, if you have to get creative or use some other form of money for a down payment then we won't work with you on a hard money loan.

I would never take over a contract that I can't view. 

Targeting 'changing the mindset' of say REIs who have traditional 'rental properties,' and how potential 'buyers' view their options and getting OUT of the rental scene, for those that are so inclined, to do the dilligence.
