Short term rental permits will be for 2 year length and renewal applications must be submitted before the 2 year term is up.

We had 1 application declined out of many.

I do find the blockchain technology extremely useful for some applications and has benefits but "investing" in virtual real estate is more like gambling if you ask me.

They listed the property on Zillow and within 24 hours they had MULTIPLE qualified applicants reaching out.

Real life application is completely different.

It's a half baked concoction that really only means you have a million dollars worth of commercial general liability insurance, have passed a background check and paid the application fee.

New York has a $20 dollar cap on the application fee but most if not all charge more than this just for the credit check and more if you want a criminal or eviction check.
