The sale has closed but the seller agreed to pay for the eviction, including the costs of the constable to physically move the tenant if it comes to it.Take all of this into consideration before agreeing to purchase if it is the middle of an eviction.

Actually they have 9 states on their list that do require a license and a few states where they don't lend at all.

Now, if you are looking towards the Forestdale/Adamsville areas of Jefferson County or actually north of the city limits of Birmingham, there certainly are good B neighborhoods.

I haven't done it yet but I think you can go get them at a physical office.... but I wanted to see if anyone has some info on what some of the indicators mean that I'm seeing.For example, on two of them it comes up with a Tax Status of exempt.
