Buying in an Eviction Massachusetts
Hey Everyone,
If you are looking to buy a house while the current landlord is going through an eviction, do you have to finish carrying out the eviction? Can you carry out the current eviction? Will you have to serve a new eviction letter if you complete the sale before the eviction case has been closed. How does the eviction effect the sale of the property? Thank you for all and any help!
