@Jody MartinezYou can pull the permits typically for the GC but not for trade permits. but if you do the work are you going to disclose this when you sell that you hired unlicensed contractors and notify your insurance if same?

@William StromGenerally speaking condos can have higher HOA fees compared to Single Family Homes, so this can sometimes translate to less appreciation, but that can also mean a lower purchase price, so you can sometimes get better cash flow on a condo.

The city is limiting STR's to 250 houses which has been used for a few years now.

I've been operating a Turo biz under an LLC for the last 2 years and have recently decided to cease operations (For those not familiar with Turo, think of it as the Airbnb of car rentals).I was wondering if it is possible to begin operating my real estate biz under this existing LLC?

I would say some of this would depend on the market.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I am just getting started on analyzing the data, however I am keen on investing in this area... specifically in small multi-family (no more than 4 units).
