Sober Living Homes - Transitional Housing Question
I believe this is the most appropriate category for my question. I purchased my first property in June of this year. It's a Texas four-plex that I'm currently living in while renting out the other units in. I've been considering the possibility of converting the property into a sober living home.
Does anyone here have experience successfully operating an investment property as a sober living home? If you don't have experience, do you know someone within your network who does operate/invest in sober living?
Who in my city should I contact to determine if I can legally convert my property into transitional housing?
Thank you in advance!
