I don't think that anyone who is even remotely related to him realizes that the property is in tax title or that it could be deemed legally theirs. 

Even if you fired them and then proceeded to buy the property that they were then procuring cause for they still likely will legally be entitled to the commission.

The Agreement is filled with legal jargon and is unclear to me with respect to my questions, so I'm wondering if anyone can speak from experience/expertise.

It just seems like it's so dangerous to even attempt a friendly conversation about someone else's financial situation because of the potential for stepping into a hot mess legally.

These people don't realize or don't stop to consider that there's a borrower involved with legal rights and that they're buying the note and not the property.
