I am looking at two approaches:1- Do the repairs myself, which would make me lock in a good chunk of money until I get cashed out2- Do the bare minimum (A/C, appliances and an outdoor window) and then give credits to the tenant if he decides to make the other repairs (paint, new carpet, garage door)Questions:1- What would make more sense financially?
