(By the way I moved from commercial production and video/film editing into real estate myself for the same reasons).

Would you know of any learning materials rather a book to read or videos to  watch on lease options to be more familiar?

Also, I recommend seeking mentor from anywhere as in todays world its very easy to hop on a video call and discuss.

I am doing all I can to learn as much as possible (reading books and other educational materials, listening to podcasts, watching videos) while working towards the move and saving all we can.
