Towards end of 2016, I set a goal for 2017 to save $50K for real estate investing so I took a part time job + selling on ebay... really worked hard, but only reached half my goal because of my other financial responsibilities.

Thanks @John Kunick, so far I've been impressed with the amount of information here and the amount of responses that people's questions get.

Which makes sense if you have three large apartment complexes, because they each represent a large sum of equity and risk exposure.Be sure you run a responsible business, maintain your properties well and make sure they are code compliant, get good insurance and an umbrella policy on top.

I received a response the next day that they had already sent them a renewal offer of: 12 Months @ $1599 - which is no increase in rent18 Months @ $1599or Month to Month @ $1629.
