I've seen a number of 4-unit properties come on the market that were purchased in say 2004/2005 when the prices were at the peak and it seems like prices have gotten back up to that point and some of these investors are just trying to get out and/or turn a small profit.

Peak season is very important as it pays the bulk of the bills.The off weeks are left open for last minute getaways, personal use,...The VR houses are managed by my partner who has approx 8 other houses with other investors.My overall experience has been quite good...but as with everything, it depends :0)The location is great for VR's!
