Home Inspector in Colorado Springs

I am a first time investor in the Colorado Springs and may have found a duplex that could be a success.  I am in need of a quality home inspector who works on the West side of the Springs.  Wanted to see if anyone could provide me with contact information and a brief description of your experiences with them.  Thank you everyone for the help!

Hi Matt,

For my 4-Plex in Colorado Springs, I used John Ciambello at C&S Home Inspections.

They gave a very detailed report with lots of photos and diagrams and even external links to websites explaining the electrical problems, etc.   It was very useful, I was able to negotiation several repairs that the seller agreed to fix prior to closing.
