That way nobody's wasting any time.Brokers are pretty great because, yes they are middle men, but they broker to wholesaler lenders, not retail lenders.

We probably wouldn't have gone down to the studs in the rest of the bathroom, but they had put tile around the entire bathroom about 3 feet up from the floor what wasn't tile was wallpaper, ceiling included, and the walls were plaster.

@Nick BrimmerqIn my experience, older properties are more likely to have landlord paid utilities. 50-100 years ago; utilities were much less expensive and if you were to open the walls of a 100+ year old home; you are likely to find newspaper as insulation.

You could buy the ugliest, most outdated house on the block and FHA would not care, so long as there is no chipped paint, missing handrails on stairs, holes in the roof/walls, etc.

Would want to take wall out between living and kitchen if easy to do and not a huge expense and also think we could add a bathroom and maybe even a bedroom in the basement.
