I recently created a Single Member LLC, mainly because I don't have trusted partner(s), so I didn't have a choice.Is it true that SM LLCs do not have to report federal taxes and all profit/loss activities should be reflected on my personal federal tax return?

need separate bank account and probably credit card; need to keep all the funds separate; need to get commercial financing so generally worse terms/rates (granted, right now rates are dislocated, but an 1% here or so over years adds up) and prepayment penalties; commercial financing I think generally comes with points where conforming loans don't have to have points; personally i find it a "drag" on funds since you need to leave money in the LLC(s) bank accounts for variety of reasons to operate and protect the corporate veil;

Hi Frederico and welcome to BP.The first question is whether there are multifamily dwellings that are rentals as they could in theory be all condos.In any case, there is a simple reason for why and it’s because Italy doesn’t have the real estate investing culture we have in North America so there’s no sufficient interest in that to have a portal.Also, one of the main things that makes multifamily lucrative in the US is the loan products that are available and they’re not available in Italy.

I suggest you search the BP forums for values that appraisers are providing ADUs   I further suggest you understand the value that will be added by the ADU addition prior to proceeding  Here are reasons hands off ADU additions are poor RE investments in So Cal: 1) The value added by the ADU addition is often significantly less than the cost of adding the ADU.
